Fun fact: the only adobe courthouse in Texas is in Hudspeth County.

Horizon City and El Paso are not a far drive – just over yonder as they say in these parts. So, for a night out in the big city, fine dining, museums, shoes, or a major shopping trip you’ve got options. But that’s only if you can be lured away from your ultimate off the grid getaway with picturesque views of Sierra Blanca mountain peaks.

There are no building restrictions in Hudspeth County, but this lot is a little tricky to access. We suggest using this as your home base for all the exploring you’ll want to do here in west Texas. Camp or RV on your property for as long as you like without any restrictions, just make sure you have a way to take the sewage out.
