There is a flat area about 3 acres in size that could serve as your building site. You’ll want to come in hot with the 4WD, and the dirt roads may be impassable in the winter or during heavy rains. Water would be a well, water haul, and holding tank or other similar options. There is a transmission line nearby, but there is no power post near the property, so power could be by solar, wind or generator.
