Of which the last 3/4 mile or so is very steep terrain and a series of tall ridges. The property will likely never have vehicle access do to the terrain.

There is a ridge running through middle of the property roughly east to west is one of the tallest in the area and has great views of the entire surrounding area. The property is surrounded on all sides by a winding canyon. There are many juniper and pinyon more so on the north side. There are also a lot of steep washes and smaller ridges. Property is very sandy rocky terrain amazing views in all directions but the best view is to the west. Many rabbit, coyote, elk, deer, and antelope tracks in the area. Unique property, not sure what could be done with it besides hunting.

Some may consider this the middle of nowhere but it is only about 18 miles south of Interstate 40 & 14 miles West of HWY 191! This property is located in Cedar Hills Unit 4 near Cherrys Road & Route 7230 in St. Johns, AZ. Only about hour to the New Mexico border to the East. Just 75 miles to Gallup, NM where you can find big box stores like Walmart, Home Depot and others. If local fare is more your style, you can go to nearby Chambers, Sun Valley, Holbrook, or Joseph City to get your supplies or a meal at one of the many local restaurants. Make sure to swing by Witch Well Tavern which is just East of this area 30 minutes on County 7230 Rd to meet your neighbors.
