We believe in land so much that we offer our Peace-of-Mind-Guarantee. When you buy from Landopia you get our 100% principal back, 100 day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your principal paid* or exchange the property for any other land in our portfolio.

* At Landopia, LLC, we want you to feel confident in your land purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee on all terms sales, beginning on the date of your down payment. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your property during this 100-day period, you may either exchange it for another parcel from our available inventory (a $250 non-refundable document fee will apply), or request a refund of all principal payments made. Please note that all document fees, taxes collected, note maintenance fees, and any optional payment protection plan fees are non-refundable. The Guarantee is only available once per customer and cannot be restarted or extended through an exchange—any exchanged property will continue under the original 100-day timeline established by your initial purchase. The Guarantee becomes void if any payments are missed or late during the Guarantee period. For the purpose of this Guarantee, a payment is considered “missed or late” if it is not successfully received by Landopia within 10 calendar days of the scheduled due date. This policy does not apply to cash sales. We believe in keeping things fair and simple: you keep your end of the deal, and we’ll keep ours.
