A few things to put on the table before you get out the truck. The 2021 Bootleg Fire ran through this section of Klamath County, the third-largest wildfire in modern Oregon history. The standing trees are still wearing the evidence. Some are coming back, some are not, and the next owner gets to decide which ones stay and which become firewood. The upside is that the brush burned down to nothing, so the parcel reads flat and easy to walk for the first time in decades. Power is solar, wind, or generator. Heavy transmission lines are visible to the southeast, which is interesting but not a hookup. Water is well or haul-and-store. Cell service is workable.
