Locals say that one of the best views of the area is the view from the porch in Terlingua Ghost Town. Terlingua was a mining town in the early 1900’s and now boasts that they are the site of a championship chili cook drawing over 10,000 fans each November. If you didn’t know, the area is known as the Big Bend because of the big curve in the mighty Rio Grande RIver nearby.

While there’s no road leading directly to this property, there are visible access trails nearby. There are currently no build restrictions for your acreage, but it’s important to note that there are no sewer, water, or gas lines in the area.
