Stay awhile in Estancia to Enjoy 360 Degrees of Blue Skies and Mountain Views

The literal English translation of the Spanish word estancia is stay. Estancia is a quiet desert community in the heart of New Mexico. This property in Torrance County is located just west of HWY 41 and North of the town of McIntosh in the El Rancho Grande subdivision.

You can camp with restrictions and RV’s are allowed for up to 3 months with a permit from the planning and zoning department. Property can be accessed via a dirt road on the Northern portion of the lot, not far from the iconic Route 66. Like they say, get your kicks on route 66.
